Healthier Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 2/3 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Just whisk all the ingredients together in a small pot over medium heat for a couple minutes, pour it into your favorite fall mug, and top with coconut or almond milk whipped cream (optional, but recommended!).
